India : Employment !

Employment is the second area of our focus on MyIndiaforU. Some years ago, many students were getting higher education in professional institutions as IIMs and IITs etc in India. And many of them were going for jobs to other nations and we used to talk of brain-drain.

Now,India also has to offer good jobs and high salaries. Many Indians after having done jobs for some years abroad, come back and get good packages here. Even foreigners are doing jobs in many Indian and multi-national companies in India.

TATA group of companies has created and given thousands of jobs in the USA. Today, you have to prove everyday and there is no dearth of opportunities in India or abroad. In today's world, we don't mind going global for education or employment. Global competence is the basic need of everyone who has to be able to make some real contribution in a position.
